Our team practices Assumption Mapping to document and test our assumptions around a certain solution or product development. By testing these assumptions, we can identify potential risks, leading to more informed decisions and less uncertainty while pursuing product outcomes, enabling teams to pivot or adjust strategies as needed. This particular exercise shows mapping and ranking assumptions surrounding discovery for centralizing our business funnels into a microsite. In other words, instead of forcing everybody to a webinar, we would centralize all of our different business funnels, (webinar, talk to a salesperson, buy directly from the store) into a microsite that allows users to go down the funnel that best matches their intent.
